This is a support-platform which allows you to view and manage past payments via your mobile operator bill. Once logged in, you will be provided with an overview of past transactions and will be able to cancel on-going subscriptions. If a payment you have made is not displayed in the overview, please contact the provider of the service directly. In addition to the self-care function, you can also call us or send us an e-mail.
What do I require to manage my mobile payments online?
You only need the mobile phone with the same SIM card you used to make the purchase. There is no need to create a user account.
